For over 15 years, Dagmar has worked with leaders locally and internationally at all different levels of crisis, business models and personalities, coming alongside them through their change, growth and transformation as they take the next step in reaching their full potential. Her focus and methodology for change is to help create more courageous individuals, as she believes in courage as a catalyst for change, pushing us to act, move forward, and power through challenges. She is an accomplished leadership coach, facilitator, entrepreneur and change maker.
Dagmar’s approach is one of compassionate and focused encouragement, where her clients are held accountable to the goals they set together. She partners with leaders in an in-depth process of discovery and change, that’s designed to facilitate the creation and development of personal, professional and organizational goals and develop and carry out a strategy and plan for achieving those goals. Her specialty is being a supportive and consistent force in helping her clients face their challenges head on and grow and develop because of them. And the gift she leaves her clients is inspiration and courage to tackle the unknown and whatever comes their way.
Dagmar is an accredited Certified Professional Coach by Erickson Coaching International, Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation and is EQ-i 2.0 Certified. She has received her core mediation training through the National Mediation Training Course at ADR Institute of Canada and is currently working to obtain her Q. Med accreditation. She provides one-one coaching, group coaching and custom designed facilitated workshops. Throughout her career, she’s also worked in the area of personal and business development, health coaching and website design.
Dagmar has always been an adventure seeker and student of life and is inspired by those who are able to pick themselves back up after great adversity and create a new future. She’s personally had to recreate herself through adversity, choosing to grow and transform on her own journey. She’s a mom to an 9-year old boy and has a passion for mountain biking, trail running, healthy cooking and living the most fulfilled, purposeful and values led life she can.
