About us

History

Transpectives Consulting was founded by John Radford and Viola Neufeld, who shared a deep belief that conflict—when engaged with honesty and courage—could become a catalyst for transformation. Together, they helped individuals and organizations move beyond surface-level resolution to rebuild trust, navigate complexity, and lead with authenticity.

Today

Building on that foundation, Transpectives is now led by the collaborative venture of John Radford and Jodi Enns. We share a vision for preparing the next generations to use the energy of conflict as a powerful resource for change. We design coaching, training, and facilitation that helps people move through conflict with clarity, curiosity, and purpose.
